Membership Benefits:

SARA offers its members social activities, public service activities, as well as technical activities related to the amateur radio service.  To do this, we sponsor several radio and non-radio events each year.

• The ARRL Emergency Field Day Event
  (The Fourth full weekend in June)
   
• The North Jersey Hamfest
  (1^st Saturday in March)
   
• The SARA Holiday party (December)

SARA sponsors a weekly "on-the-air-hamfest" every Sunday night at 8PM, on the Splitrock repeater.
